What We Do Across Southeast Texas

From bare dirt to established lawn — grading, seeding, stabilization, and the irrigation that keeps it alive. Residential, commercial, and industrial work across SETX and Southwest Louisiana.

Most of what we do connects. A lawn that won't grow is usually a drainage problem before it's a seed problem, and a slope that keeps washing needs the grade fixed as much as it needs cover. Because we handle grading, seeding, stabilization, and irrigation with one crew, you're not coordinating three contractors who each blame the other two when something doesn't take.

Hydroseeding →

New lawns, acreage, pastures, and commercial lots. Even coverage at a fraction of sod pricing, with sprouts in 7–14 days. Over 10 million square feet sprayed.

Erosion Control →

Slope stabilization, hydromulch, and sediment control for construction sites and industrial facilities operating under the TCEQ Construction General Permit.

Site Prep & Dirt Work →

Rough and finish grading, building pads, swales, and drainage correction. The step that decides whether everything after it works.

Silt Fence →

Perimeter sediment control, trenched and keyed in properly so water doesn't simply run underneath it. Standard on new construction.

Rock Driveway Repair →

Regrading gravel drives to fix ruts, potholes, and the drainage problems that cause standing water.

Working the whole job

The sequence that saves the most money on new construction: grade the site, install irrigation while the ground is still open, then spray the seed onto a grade that's still correct. Done in that order with one crew, you're not paying to disturb the same dirt three times or waiting on handoffs while exposed ground erodes.

Who we work for

  • Homeowners — new lawns, repairs, drainage problems, sprinkler work
  • Builders and developers — lot grading, pads, and full-lot seeding
  • General contractors — BMPs installed and maintained through a build
  • Industrial and plant contractors — stabilization across the Golden Triangle
  • Acreage and pasture owners — large-area seeding and wet-ground fixes
  • Municipalities and utilities — roadside, ditch, and right-of-way work
