We're the installer, not your compliance consultant.
Lake Charles took severe damage from Hurricane Laura in 2020 and further weather in the period around it, and the rebuilding has been extensive. Like Orange on the Texas side, that leaves a lot of property where the ground itself was reshaped — fill brought in during reconstruction and never properly shaped, drainage patterns that no longer match the original grade, and yards where water now collects somewhere it didn't before.
On that kind of property, seeding without correcting drainage is usually money spent twice. We look at where the water actually goes first — that's dirt work, and it's frequently the larger half of the job.
Southwest Louisiana shares the conditions that define our Texas work: flat coastal terrain with little natural fall, heavy soils that drain slowly, intense rainfall that arrives all at once rather than spread out, and direct Gulf exposure.
